CBT Daily Schedule

8:00 am – Shacharit

Campers will be woken up at 7:30am in order to get ready for davening, which will be held in the Beit Midrash. Long pants are required during davening

8:45 am – Breakfast

>Breakfast will be served in the cafeteria. After eating, campers should change into work–clothes and prepare for construction activities.

9:30 am – 12:30 pm – Construction Activities

All campers must be at the construction site promptly as 9:30 am. During this time campers and counselors will be working with professional sub–contractors in various areas of construction. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

12:30 pm – Lunch, Break

Lunch will be ready for all campers in the cafeteria. After lunch there will be a break, during which campers [are encouraged to shower and] will be able to rest and/or partake in other recreational activities. The swimming pool (with lifeguard) and canteen will be open from 1:15 – 2:15 pm everyday.

2:30 pm – Mincha

All campers are expected to be at Mincha on time, dressed appropriately for davening. Long pants are required.

2:45 pm – Learning Session I

During this time, campers will be divided into learning groups in which they will be participating in guided source-based learning related to contemporary Jewish topics.

3:45 pm – Break/Snacks

There will be a 15 minute break during which snacks will be provided.

4:00 pm – Chabura

For 45 minutes campers will be able to choose from among various topics that will be focused on in small group settings with different counselors. This is a wonderful opportunity for campers and counselors to engage each other in topics that are of particular interest to them, such as gemara, halacha, mussar, etc.

5:00 pm – Sports

Organized sports time for all campers.

6:30 pm – Dinner

Dinner will be served in the cafeteria.

7:30 pm – Night Activity

At this time campers will participate in various scheduled night activities, both on and off campus. Examples of such activities include: Bowling, Ice Skating, Miniature Golf, Swimming, Movie Night, and more.

9:45 pm – Maariv

All campers are expected to be at davening on time in proper attire. Long pants are required.

10:30 pm – Goodnight!
